I've been meaning to write publicly for a while. Not as a personal brand exercise, but because writing forces clarity — and I need clarity on what I'm building and why.
What I'll write about
Mostly AI. Specifically the gap between what AI can do and what most industries are actually doing with it. Property tech, legal, construction — sectors where the tools are 10 years behind and the appetite for change is just starting to arrive.
Also the process of building: shipping fast, making decisions with incomplete information, working across product and engineering without being fully either.
Why here and not Substack only
Substack is great for reach. This site is for depth — longer pieces, more technical, less optimised for growth. Think of Substack as the newsletter and this as the archive.
What this isn't
This won't be a "10 prompts to boost your productivity" blog. If you're looking for that, there are better places.
